Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Please complete and submit the RMA form below to initiate the return process.

If you would like to make a claim because your package was damaged during shipment, please save the packaging for at least 10 days after we begin the claim process.

The process is as follows:

  1. Complete the RMA form.
    -   Attach images if necessary (Item damaged during shipment).
  2. Receive an email from Service Sling with your RMA number and instructions for return.
  3. Ship your package back to Service Sling.
  4. Receive credit.

Items returned must be in new, unused condition and free from chemicals, oxidation and/or dirt. Please ensure you package the product properly to prevent damage during shipment.
