Please complete and submit the RMA form below to initiate the return process.
If you would like to make a claim because your package was damaged during
shipment, please save the packaging for at least 10 days after we begin the claim
The process is as follows:
- Complete the RMA form.
- Attach images if necessary (Item damaged during shipment).
- Receive an email from Service Sling with your RMA number and instructions for
- Ship your package back to Service Sling.
- Receive credit.

Items returned must be in new, unused condition and free from chemicals,
oxidation and/or dirt. Please ensure you package the product properly to prevent
damage during shipment.
